摘　　要：首先分析了江汉王场油田地层水理化性能,以及垢物的组成成分,针对垢物中难溶的硫酸钙盐垢,筛选出3种具有良好清垢效果的清垢剂,并确定出单剂最佳浓度为:2%螯合剂A,2%分散剂B,1%螯合辅助剂C,在此基础上确定出最佳复合清垢剂配方为:2%螯合剂A+2.5%分散剂B+0.8%螯合辅助剂C。经过实验探究,该配方在温度为80℃,pH为1的条件下,清垢效果达到最佳。Firstly,the physical and chemical properties of formation water and the composition of scale in Wangchang oilfield of Jianghan are analyzed.In view of the insoluble calcium sulfate salt scale in the scale,three kinds of scale remover with good cleaning effect were selected,and the best single agent concentration was determined to be 2%scale chelating A,2%scale dispersant B,and 1%scale chelating adjuvant C.On this basis,the best compound scale remover formula was determined to be 2%scale chelating A+2.5%scale dispersant B+0.8%scale chelating adjuvant C.Through experiment,the formula in the temperature of 80℃,under the condition of pH of 1,descaling effect is best.
