摘  要:采用改良UCT工艺的小型污水装置处理高氨氮生活污水,经过1年多的污泥培养、装置运行维护、水质监测及分析,系统达到最佳的运行工况状态,在进水总氮含量在80~125 mg/L下,出水总氮平均值为12.02 mg/L,氨氮保持在1.50 mg/L以下,COD稳定在20~40 mg/L之间,可达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》国家一级A排放标准。实验表明,对于处理高浓度氨氮的生活污水,DO浓度成为氨氮转化的制约因素,较高DO浓度能明显提高系统的硝化效果,但过高DO浓度却会降低系统脱氮效果,使出水COD含量上升。系统脱氮效果受碳源影响,投加碳源能明显提高系统的脱氮效率,回流比对总氮和氨氮的去除有很大影响。The small-scale sewage device with improved UCT process is used to treat high ammonia nitrogen domestic sewage.After more than one year of sludge cultivation,plant operation and maintenance,water quality monitoring and analysis,the system reaches the optimal operating condition,and the total nitrogen content in the influent is 80~125 mg/L,the average nitrogen effluent content is 12.02 mg/L,the ammonia nitrogen effluent is kept below 1.50 mg/L,and the COD effluent is stable between 20~40 mg/L,which can reach GB 18918—2002 the pollutant discharge standard of urban sewage treatment plant National Level A emission standard.Experiments show that for domestic sewage treated with high concentration of ammonia nitrogen,DO concentration becomes the limiting factor of ammonia nitrogen conversion.Higher DO concentration can significantly improve the nitrification effect of the system,but too high DO concentration will reduce the system nitrogen removal effect and make the effluent COD content rise.The nitrogen removal effect of the system is affected by the carbon source.The addition of carbon source can significantly improve the nitrogen removal efficiency of the system,and the reflux ratio has a great influence on the removal of total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen.
