摘 要:混酚甲酚中加入尿素进行络合分离、精制,得到高纯度的间甲酚产品。考察了物料配比、溶剂量、析出温度等因素对间甲酚纯度和收率的影响。结果表明,较佳分离工艺条件是:尿素与间甲酚物质的量比为1.25∶1,间/对甲酚混合物与甲苯用量为1∶3 g/mL,析出温度为-15℃,间甲酚产率达77.5%,纯度达99.0%。The urea complexation separation process was studied,and the high purity m-cresol product was separated and refined.The effects of material ratio,solvent amount and precipitation temperature on the purity and yield of m-cresol were investigated.The results showed that the optimal separation process conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of urea and m-cresol was 1.25∶1,the volume ratio of m-cresol mixture with toluene was 1∶3 g/mL,the precipitation temperature was-15℃,the yield of m-cresol products was 77.5%and the purity was 99.0%.
