民国时期通俗图书馆馆长群体特征分析

摘　　要：本文从考察近现代我国通俗图书馆发展始末及规模入手,调查其馆长群体生成的背景与状况。通过对其中百余位馆长的性别、籍贯、学历、任职等指标进行取样分析,归纳出该群体具有兼职官员多、学历普遍较高等特点,并显示出图书馆事业发展与政府意愿有效贯彻、馆长所受教育程度的关联。The formation and background of directors are studied by investigating the development of popular libraries in modern China.By sampling and analyzing the gender,native place,educational background and appointment of more than 100 directors,it shows that most of directors are part-time officials and highly educated.And the result indicates that the development of library is affected by the implementation of the government's will and directors’education level.
