摘  要:为更好完成不动管柱实现多层压裂,满足加砂量大、压力高、多层位的现场施工要求,优化设计了不动管柱8层压裂管柱结构,优化了Y541、Y341封隔器,优选了Y344封隔器,设计了压裂保护短接、逐级解封等工具。采用Y541+Y341封隔器压裂管柱,增大压裂规模、增加压裂段数,减缓工具磨损,降低压后吐砂导致砂堵砂卡几率,同时解决解封困难的问题。X22-70井采用不动管柱5层压裂,单段最大加砂量136 m^3,累计加砂536 m^3。上提管柱顺利解封,最大上提吨位300 kN。该技术可为储层精细划分及有效改造提供技术支持。In order to better realize the multi-layer fracturing process of immovable string and meet the field operating requirements such as a mass of sand to be added,high pressure and multi-layer operation,the pipe string and tools need to be optimized.Through the structure analysis of fracturing string for 8 layers from 2 kinds of immovable string,Y541 and Y341 packers were optimized,Y344 packers were carefully chosen,and tools such as fracturing protection pup joint,pressure-difference expansion device of oil pile,step-by-step unsealing expansion device of packer and so on were designed.Combination fracturing strings of Y541 packer and Y341 packer are selected to enlarge the fracturing scale,increase the number of fracturing sections,reduce tool wear,reduce the probability of sand plugging caused by sand spouting after pressure drop,and can solve the problem of unsealing difficulty at the same time.5 layers of Well X22-70 were fractured using a immovable string.The maximum amount of sand added into a single section was 136 m^3 and the total amount of sand added was 536 m^3.Release was successfully completed by lifting string with a maximum lifting force of 300 kN.This technology can provide technical support for fine reservoir division and effective reservoir stimulation.
