摘 要:介绍了半仿生-酶法提取中草药活性成分的原理,并重点介绍了半仿生-酶法在皂苷类、蒽醌类、生物碱类、黄酮类、酚酸类、糖类、二苯乙烯类等有效成分提取分离中的应用,说明了其相对于传统工艺所发挥的优势及作用,并分析了该法目前工业化应用面临的问题,为其深入研究和应用提供一定的参考。The principle of semi bionic-enzymatic extraction of active components of Chinese herbal medicine is introduced,and the application of extraction and separation of semi bionic-enzymatic method in saponins,anthraquinone,alkaloids,flavonoids,phenolic acids,sugars,etc.stilbene and other active components are focusessed on described.The advantages and functions of the extraction and separation of stilbene and other active components are explained,and the problems faced by the industrial application of this method is analyzed in order to provide some reference for its in-depth study and application.
