摘　　要：新型冠状病毒具有较强的感染性和危害性,人群普遍易感。郑州大学附属儿童医院作为省市新冠肺炎儿童定点收治医院,同时承担预防接种工作,在疫情防控的特殊时期,如何尽快恢复预防接种工作,减少疫苗可预防疾病的暴发风险成为我们关注的重点。通过认真学习一系列法律法规、指示文件、复习参考国内外文献,结合儿童医院特点,科室对预防接种前、预防接种时、预防接种后三个环节进行全过程管理,既合理安排适龄儿童的预防接种,又杜绝了传染病的院内感染,收到较好效果,值得临床应用。Novel coronaviruses are highly infectious and harmful,and people are generally susceptible.Henan Children's Hospital,as a designated hospital for COVID-19 children in the province and city,also undertakes vaccination work.In the special period of epidemic prevention and control,how to resume vaccination work as soon as possible to reduce the risk of vaccine-preventable disease outbreaks has become emphasisi.Through careful study of a series of laws and regulations,instruction documents,review and refer to domestic and foreign literature,combined with the characteristics of children's hospitals,the department carries out the whole process management of three links before vaccination,during vaccination,and after vaccination,both reasonably arrange the prevention of school-age children Vaccination and eliminates nosocomial infections of infectious diseases and receives good results,which is worthy of clinical application.
