摘 要:城市小区内部公路开放是缓解城市交通压力的一个重要手段,为了研究城市小区内部公路如何开放更合理,建立基于公路局(bureau of public roads,BPR)阻抗函数和Braess悖论的改进BPR-Braess交通流模型进行深入研究。选取车辆的行驶时间作为评价标准,研究车流量、交叉口延误时间、居民活动、小区结构、公路状况等因素对行驶时间的影响,建立评价体系。建立BPR-Braess交通流模型,研究满足缩短车辆行驶时间的小区内部公路开放时车流量的取值范围。以天津机场民航小区为例,结合控制变量法,分别研究单一影响因素变化和多因素变化不同条件下,小区内部公路开放时能有效缩短车辆行驶时间,缓解交通压力的车流量取值范围。结果表明,建立的改进组合交通流模型适用于研究不同类型小区内部公路在不同条件下的开放,克服了以往从定性角度研究封闭小区公路开放带来的不足,具有一定的实践指导意义和研究价值。Highway opening in urban communities is an important method to alleviate urban traffic pressure.In order to study how to open the internal roads in urban communities more reasonably,an in-depth study of the improved bureau of public roads(BPR)-Braess traffic flow model based on BPR impedance function and Braess paradox was carried out.The driving time of the vehicle was selected as the evaluation standard,and the influence of factors such as traffic flow,intersection delay time,resident activity,community structure and highway condition on driving time was studied and an evaluation system was established.An improved BPR-Braess traffic flow model was established to study the range of traffic flow when the road inside the community was closed to shorten the travel time of the vehicle.Tianjin Airport Civil Aviation Community was selected as an example.Combined with the control variable method,The scope of traffic flow that could effectively shorten the travel time of vehicles and ease the traffic pressure of the internal road opening in the community was studied under the different conditions of single factor change and multi-factor change.Results show that the established combined traffic flow model is suitable for studying the opening of different types of residential roads under different conditions,and overcomes the shortcomings of studying the closed roads from the qualitative perspective.It has certain practical guiding significance and research value.
