摘 要:软式空中加油对接过程中受油探管与锥套的相对位置是动态变化的,对接难度很大。为了找到精确的受油探管与锥套的相对起始位置,提高对接成功率,采用基于重叠网格的数值模拟方法,对受油探管和锥套的对接过程进行动态的数值模拟研究,获得受油探管与锥套以一定相对起始位置进行对接过程中,锥套在法向和侧向的偏移情况。为了进一步获得能够对接成功的受油探管与锥套间相对起始位置范围,采用逐步逼近的方法对一系列拥有不同相对起始位置的对接过程进行数值模拟研究。计算结果表明:空中加油对接过程中锥套具有向上向外的运动趋势;对接结束时锥套在法向、侧向相对偏移量随对接开始时受油探管与锥套法向距离、侧向距离的增大而减小;从逆航向视角来看,最佳对接相对起始位置为锥套位于受油探管轴线的左下方,法向为r^1.5 r,侧向为1.5 r^2.5 r区域内。The docking operation of hose-drogue aerial refueling is difficult due to the changing relative position between the refueling probe and drogue.To obtain the accurate relative starting position of refueling probe and drogue,the overset grid method was adopted to dynamically simulates the process of aerial refueling.The normal and lateral offsets of drogue during the docking process of the refueling probe and drogue at a certain relative position were obtained.To get the accurate relative starting position of refueling probe and drogue,numerical simulations on a series of docking processes with different relative starting positions were further carried out by using a stepwise approximation method.The computational results show that the movement trend of drogue is upward and outward.The normal and lateral offsets of drogue in end position decreases with the increase of normal values Y and lateral values Z.The best initial position is the lower left region of refueling probe axis with opposite course angle:normal r^1.5 r,Lateral 1.5 r^2.5 r.
