摘 要:针对电涌保护器生产过程中焊接和检验这两个主要瓶颈工序,从电涌保护器(SPD)的原理和结构入手,阐明它的生产工艺流程,并进行自动化设计。通过机器人、智能控制器、防雷元件测试仪和数字万用表等,实现对SPD的自动化生产。自动检验系统采用FameView组态软件实现产品检验指标和流程的设置,自动判定合格并分拣。检验数据可存储、查询和分析。详细介绍了自动化的软硬件设计方法,以及调试和验证的实现过程。通过自动化,实现SPD生产效率提高两倍,并且减少了人为因素的质量隐患,提升了产品直通率。Aiming at the two main bottlenecks in the production process of the surge protective device,welding and inspection,the production process and automation are clarified from the principle and structure of surge protective device(SPD).Through the automated design through robots,intelligent controllers,lightning protection device tester and digital multi-meters,the automatic production of SPD is realized.The product inspection specification and processes are set by using FameView configuration software in the automatic inspection system to determine qualification and sorting automatically.The inspection data can be stored,queried,and analyzed.The automated software and hardware design methods are indroduced in detail,as well as the implementation process of debugging and verification.The SPD productivity increases by twice as much as it does through automation.The quality risks of human factors are reduced,and product pass-through rates are improved.
