摘 要:随着电力系统的发展,机组一次调频响应能力的重要性愈发凸显。在提高机组一次调频效果的相关研究中,网源同步问题是关键。一次调频涉及网源之间的两个核心要素就是电网频率和机组负荷。解决超超临界机组一次调频效果不理想的较为直接、有效的方法,是解决网源之间的频率和负荷信号的同步问题。针对机组一次调频控制中频率和负荷两个核心因素,结合上汽超超临界机组一次调频的控制特点,提出通过高精度频率信号直采、合理设置调频死区,可以解决频率信号网源不同步问题;剖析“两个细则”的考核内容,合理优化一次调频控制逻辑,可以解决负荷信号网源不同步问题。该方法可确保电网频率和机组负荷网源同步,在现行考核机制下,能够解决部分超超临界机组因一次调频效果不达标被频繁考核的问题。With the development of power system,the function of primary frequency regulation of the unit is becoming more and more important.Relevant research showed that synchronization of the power grid and supply source is the key to improving the effect of primary frequency regulation of the unit.Primary frequency regulation involves two core elements between the grid and the supply source:grid frequency and unit load.The direct and effective way to solve the problem of unsatisfactory primary frequency regulation effect of ultra-supercritical units is to solve the synchronization problem of frequency and load signals between the grid and the supply source.In view of the two core factors of frequency and load in primary frequency regulation control of unit,combined with the control characteristics of primary frequency regulation of ultra-supercritical unit of Shanghai steam turbine,it was proposed that the problem of frequency signal out of sync between the grid and the supply source could be solved by directly collecting high-precision frequency signal and reasonably setting the dead zone of frequency regulation,and that the problem of load signal out of sync between the grid and the supply source could be solved by analyzing the content of examination of the“two regulations”and optimizing the control logic of primary frequency regulation.The proposed method could ensure the synchronization of grid frequency and unit load,and it might solve the problem of frequent assessment of some ultra-supercritical units due to unsatisfactory effect of primary frequency regulation under the current assessment mechanism.
