摘  要:随着现代电网朝着大容量、超高压和大范围联网的方向不断发展,越来越多的串联补偿装置被投入电力系统的超高压和特高压输电应用中。为保证串补装置的安全、稳定和可靠运行,需要对串补保护系统进行保护定值、保护功能以及保护逻辑等方面的检验。传统串补保护测试方法存在测试内容有限、操作不便和功能单一等缺陷,无法满足串补保护的自动化测试需求。针对上述问题,设计并开发了一款操作简便、功能完善的串补装置继电保护测试平台,给出了平台的构成框图和软硬件设计方法,实现了串补保护性能的现场自动化检验。实际应用结果表明,该测试平台可极大地提高检验速度和效率,有效增强串补装置的可靠性,对维护电网的安全、稳定具有重要意义,且能够为其他自动化测试领域提供借鉴方案。With the continuous development of modern power grid towards large capacity,ultra-high voltage and large-scale networking,more and more series compensation devices have been put into the application of ultra-high voltage and extra-high voltage power transmission.In order to ensure the safe,stable and reliable operation of the series compensation equipment,it is necessary to test the protection set value,protection function and protection logic of the series compensation protection system.However,the traditional testing methods of series compensation protection system have defects of limited test items,inconvenient operation and single function,unable to meet the requirements of automatic test of series compensation protection.In view of the above-mentioned problems,a test platform for relay protection of series compensation device was designed and developed,which was easy to operate and perfect in function,realized the field automation test of relay protection performance.The block diagrams,hardware and software design of this platform were also detailed.Practical application results showed that the test platform was of great significance to improve the inspection speed and efficiency,enhance the reliability of series compensation device,and maintain the safety and stability of power grid,and also provide a reference scheme for other automation test fields.
