摘  要:为了保证消防水泵运行的稳定、可靠,保持消防管网系统压力,确保系统在火灾突发状况下发挥作用,结合喷淋稳压泵的工作环境、工程经济效益以及工程项目现场实际情况,采用继电器-接触器等开关器件,设计了基于电接点压力表控制的一备一用稳压泵控制系统。控制系统具有手自动切换功能,两回路互为备用,在自动控制状态下可以实现自动轮转互换,并且可以通过开关器件的辅助触点将系统的工作状态信号传递到消防控制中心,以实现远程在线监视目的。相对于以可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)及集成电路为核心的控制系统,该设计不仅结构简单、价格低廉,而且便于后期运行维护,在工业与民用建筑以及现代生活生产电气控制中有着广泛应用。In order to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the fire pump,to maintain the pressure of the fire protection pipe net system,make sure the system functions in fire emergency conditions,in accordance with the working environment of the sprinkler stabilized pressure pump,the economic benefits of the project and actual situation of the project site,the control system of the stabilized pressure pump based on electric contact pressure gauge was designed by using the switch devices such as relayer-contactor.The control system had the function of manual and automatic switching,the two loops were standby to each other,and automatic rotation can be realized in the automatic control state.The working status signal of the system could be transmitted to the fire control center through the auxiliary contact of the switch device,so as to realize the purpose of remote online monitoring.Compared with the control system with programmable logic controller(PLC)and integrated circuit as the core,it was not only simple in structure,low in price,but also convenient for later operation and maintenance,which would be widely used in industrial and civil buildings.
