摘 要:为了准确揭示导轨在工作时,环境温度对其热变形的影响,有必要建立导轨在工作状态的热结构仿真模型,并通过顺序耦合法分析其热变形状态。模拟仿真结果显示:当导轨工作环境温度从20℃上升至36℃时,导轨的热变形量呈左右对称分布,两端的最大热变形量为0.38mm,最小热变形量为0.35mm,同时随着温度升高变形量继续增加,从而降低机床加工时的整体稳定性。In order to accurately reveal the influence of environmental temperature on the thermal deformation of guide rail, it is necessary to establish a thermal structure simulation model of guide rail in working state, and analyze its thermal deformation state by sequence coupling method. The simulation results show that when the working environment temperature of the guideway rises from20℃ to 36℃, the thermal deformation of the guideway is symmetrically distributed left and right, the maximum thermal deformation of the two ends is 0.38 mm, the minimum thermal deformation is 0.35 mm, and the deformation continues to increase with the increase of temperature, so as to reduce the overall stability of the machine tool during processing.
