脉冲电源中晶闸管触发系统设计

摘  要:大功率脉冲电源普遍采用晶闸管作为电路的主开关,目前单片晶闸管的耐压较低,通常将晶闸管串联使用。文章针对脉冲电源中晶闸管的工作特点,设计了一种串联晶闸管光电隔离同步触发系统,该系统采用光纤触发方式,接收光触发信号产生晶闸管触发脉冲电流,使晶闸管同步快速可靠导通。实验结果表明,该电路可实现串联脉冲电源中晶闸管的可靠触发。Thyristors are generally used as the main switch of the circuit for high-power pulsed power supplies. At present, the thyristor of a single chip has a lower withstand voltage, and usually the thyristors are used in series. Aiming at the working characteristics of thyristors in pulsed power supply, a thyristor photoelectric isolation synchronous trigger system is designed in this paper.The system adopts the optical fiber triggering method and receives the light trigger signal to generate the thyristor trigger pulse current, which enables the thyristors to be turned on synchronously and quickly. Experimental results show that this circuit can achieve reliable triggering of thyristors in series pulsed power supplies.
