摘 要:采用文献资料法、可视化文献分析法等对我国体育赛事媒体版权(赛事转播权)的研究进展进行了一个较为系统的梳理。研究发现我国体育赛事媒体版权相关研究形成了一定的研究单位和学术期刊“焦点化”(特定单位和期刊较为关注这一领域)的研究格局;2015年开始我国体育赛事媒体版权相关研究出现了爆发式增长,这与国发〔2014〕46号文件有着密切的关联;从研究时间线示图和时区示图来看,我国体育赛事媒体版权相关研究呈现出密切的媒介技术关联和大赛周期(主要是奥运会和足球世界杯)关联特征。从具体的研究内容来看,国内的研究主要集中在体育赛事媒体版权概念相关研究、体育赛事媒体版权的市场开发研究、体育赛事媒体版权运行的影响因素研究、体育赛事媒体版权的法律属性与保护研究、体育赛事媒体版权国内外对比研究。在此基础上总结分析了我国赛事媒体版权研究在概念研究、运行研究、产业思维、本土化研究、扎根研究、社会公共性等方面存在着不足。提出未来研究的五大展望领域:新媒体语境下体育赛事媒体版权(转播权)概念的深度研究;新时代体育赛事媒体与体育赛事组织的生态关系研究;体育赛事媒体版权采购、运行效益评估研究;新媒体语境下体育赛事媒体版权运行研究;体育赛事媒体版权运行产业思维与利益关系研究。This study uses a literature method and a visual literature analysis method to systematically sort out the research progress of media rights(sports broadcasting rights)of sports events in China.The study found that the research on media copyright of sports events in China has formed a certain research unit and academic journals’“focusing”(specific units and journals pay more attention to this field).In 2015,the research on media copyright related to sports events in China began to break out.Growth,which is closely related to Guofa[2014]No.46 document;from the study time view and time zone view,the media copyright related research of China’s sports events shows a close media technology association and competition cycle(mainly Olympic Games and Football World Cup)associated features.From the specific research content,domestic research mainly focuses on the research on media copyright concept of sports events,market development research on media rights of sports events,research on the influencing factors of media copyright operation in sports events,legal attributes and protection of media rights in sports events.Research,comparative study of media copyrights in sports events at home and abroad.On this basis,it summarizes and analyzes the shortcomings in the research of concept,operation research,industrial thinking,localization research,rooted research and social publicity of the media copyright research in China.The five prospecting areas for future research:the in-depth study of the concept of media copyright(relay rights)in sports events in the context of new media;the research on the ecological relationship between media and sports events in the new era;the research on media copyright procurement and operational benefit evaluation of sports events research on media copyright operation of sports events in the context of new media;research on industrial thinking and interest relationship of media copyright in sports events.
