摘　　要：目的观察欣普贝生用于足月妊娠产妇促宫颈成熟引产的临床效果。方法选取2018年8月-2019年7月云南省第一人民医院产科收治的足月妊娠引产产妇180例,利用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组90例。对照组予以缩宫素促宫颈成熟引产,研究组予以缩宫素联合普贝生促宫颈成熟引产。比较2组促宫颈成熟效果、分娩情况及不良反应发生情况。结果给药12 h后,2组宫颈Bishop评分均升高,且研究组给药12 h后宫颈Bishop评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组给药至临产间隔时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05),产程时间短于对照组(P<0.05),2组新生儿Apgar评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组孕产妇围生期产后出血、先兆子宫破裂、羊水Ⅱ度污染、胃肠道反应、子宫过度刺激发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论欣普贝生促宫颈成熟效果显著,有利于提高足月妊娠产妇经阴道分娩成功率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of simpuxil on maturity and induction of cervical labor in full-term pregnancy.Methods 180 pregnant women with full-term pregnancy and induction of labor were selected from the Department of Obstetrics in the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province from August 2018 to July 2019.Random number table method was used to divide the study group and control group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given oxytocin to induce cervical maturity and labor,and the study group was given oxytocin and pubesen to induce cervical maturity and labor.The effects of promoting cervical maturity,delivery and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 hours of administration,the Bishop scores of both groups increased,and the Bishop score of the cervix in the study group was higher than that in the control group 12 hours after administration(P<0.05).The time between administration and labor was shorter in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the duration of labor was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,threatened uterine rupture,second degree pollution of amniotic fluid,gastrointestinal reactions,and uterine hyperstimulation in the two groups of pregnant women(P>0.05).Conclusion Simpuxil has a significant effect on promoting cervical maturity,which is conducive to improving the success rate of vaginal delivery in full-term pregnancy.
