摘　　要：以龙牧801苜蓿干粉为材料,采用索式提取法,对影响苜蓿总黄酮提取率的4个单因素的不同水平进行比较,以确定各因素下苜蓿黄酮最大提取率.结果表明,在不同固液比、乙醇体积浓度、浸提时间和浸提温度提取条件下,物料比为1∶30(g/mL),乙醇体积浓度为70%,提取时间为3 h,提取温度为90℃,苜蓿总黄酮提取率可达9.48 mg/g.Using Medicago sativa.L.cv.longmu No.801 powder as material,the extraction of total flavonoids from alfalfa was studied.Compared the effects of four single factors on the extraction rate of total flavonoids in alfalfa.In order to determine the maximum extraction rate of Alfalfa flavonoids under various factors.The results showed that under the conditions of different solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,extraction time and extraction temperature,the material ratio was 1:30(g/mL),ethanol volume fraction was 70%,extraction time was 3 h,extraction temperature was 90℃,and total flavonoids extraction rate of alfalfa was 9.48 mg/g.
