摘  要:基于高频层压技术设计了1×10规模的Ku波段低剖面集成式天线阵列,利用多层复合的方式将加权功分网络与缝隙耦合辐射单元融为一体。为了最大程度地压缩阵列的横向尺寸,加权网络采用双层带状线形式构造,层间通过准同轴垂直互联结构传输信号。研究结果表明,该集成式阵列在15GHz^17GHz的频带内电压驻波比低于2.0,且具备良好的辐射效率与低副瓣性能,整体尺寸仅为125 mm×9.5 mm×2.9 mm,具备进行拓展阵列设计的潜力,具有良好的应用前景。An integrated Ku-band low-profile array antenna with 1×10 radiation elements is designed based on the high-frequency lamination technology.The weighting power dividing network is integrated with the slot-coupled antenna radiation elements in a multi-layer way.To minimize the width of the whole array,a two-layer strip line structure is used to fabricate the power dividing network,and signals are transferred between different layers via quasi-coaxial vertical interconnection structure.The test results show that the VSWR of the proposed array antenna is less than 2.0 from 15 GHz to 17 GHz.In addition,the proposed array antenna has good radiation efficiency and low-sidelode characteristics.The proposed array antenna,the size of which is only 125 mm×9.5 mm×2.9 mm,has the potential of expanding design and shows a good application prospect.
