摘  要:为提高舰船适应日益复杂的电磁环境,提升作战效能,必须提出合理的电磁环境效应要求,并开展试验评估,以验证指标是否得到满足。针对舰船电磁环境效应的复杂性和特殊性,通过对电磁环境效应要求和标准的分析,提出了采用建模仿真,预测电磁环境,开展缩比模型和1∶1模型试验验证等方法确定电磁环境效应指标和要求。提出了系统内自兼容、系统间兼容性和系统与外部电磁环境3大类14小类的系统电磁环境效应要求,提出了开展系统电磁环境效应试验的方法和流程,为开展装备系统级电磁环境效应工程研制、试验和评估提供了技术支撑,对舰船装备作战效能的充分发挥具有重要意义。In order to improve navy ships'adaptability to the increasingly complex electromagnetic environment and improve their combat effectiveness,it is necessary to put forward reasonable requirements related to the electromagnetic environment effects(E3)and carry out experimental evaluation to verify whether the specific specifications are met.In view of the complexity and particularity of navy ships'E3 and based on the analysis of the requirements and standards related to E3,this paper proposes an approach that predicts the electromagnetic environment based on modeling and simulation and determines the E3 specifications based on scaling model and 1∶1 model test.Specific system E3 requirements are put forward,including three classes,namely intra-system compatibility,inter-system compatibility,and system compatibility to external electromagnetic environment,and 14 subclasses.In addition,a method of carrying out system E3 tests is put forward with detailed test process description.This paper provides technical support for the development,test,and evaluation of equipment systems in terms of E3,and is of great significance to giving full play to the operational effectiveness of navy ships.
