医院城乡对口支援工作评价体系的构建及应用

摘　　要：目的探讨某三甲医院城乡对口支援工作开展情况。方法以该三甲医院及受其支援的三甲医院为研究对象,通过文献研究、问卷调查等方式,初步确定影响对口支援工作指标,通过德尔菲专家咨询法最终确定影响支援效果的评价指标,构成评价指标体系,利用基于加速遗传算法的层次分析法(AGA-AHP)确定各指标的权重,完成评价体系的建立及应用。结果确定7个一级指标以及36个二级指标;采用AGA-AHP层次分析法确定各指标的合理权值,应用该评价系统对三家受援医院进行分析,A县、B县、C区人民医院得分分别为80分、77分、64分。结论通过建立及应用对口支援工作的评价指标体系,对三家受援医院的支援成效进行直观、定量分析,较准确地反映出实际支援效果。Objective:To discuss the development of the oriented urban-rural assistance in a hospital of class A and grade three.Method:The authors took the hospital of class A and grade three and its assisted hospitals of class A and grade three as the research object.By means of literature research and questionnaire survey,the indicators affecting the oriented assistance were preliminarily determined.Delphi expert consultation is adopted to determine the evaluation index that affects the assistance effect and constitute the evaluation index system.The analytic hierarchy process(AGA-AHP)based on the accelerated genetic algorithm was used to determine the weight of each index and complete the establishment and application of the evaluation system.Result:7 indicators of the first level and 36 indicators of the second level were determined.AGA-AHP analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the reasonable weight of each index.The evaluation system was used to analyze three recipient hospitals,and the scores of people’s hospitals in A county,B county and C district were 80,77 and 64,respectively.Conclusion:Through the establishment and application of the evaluation index system of the oriented assistance,the results of the three hospitals were analyzed directly and quantitatively,and the actual results were more accurately reflected.
