摘　　要：目的了解东南大学附属中大医院2008—2017年专利申请及授权情况,找出医院专利管理工作中存在的问题,为医院专利发展提供相关建议。方法整理2008—2017年医院专利数据并建立数据库,对2008—2017年专利申请与授权情况、授权专利类型分布及专利有效率、授权专利第一发明人基本情况、专利的IPC分类分布等情况进行分析。结果2008—2017年医院共计申请专利93项,授权专利75项;获授权专利中,发明专利占比34.7%,实用新型专利占比64.0%,外观设计专利占比1.3%;总有效率为28.0%,失效专利数54项;授权发明专利高级职称占比84.6%,手术科室、护理以及平台科室等授权专利数量差距不大,非手术科室授权专利数量较少。结论医院专利工作整体趋势并不乐观,专利数量和质量有待进一步提高。建议加强宣传,增强专利申请意识;建章立制,政策层面鼓励申请专利;加大培训,提高专利申报书的质量。Objective:The purpose of the paper is to understand the patent application and authorization status of the hospital affiliated to Southeast University from 2008 to 2017,find out the problems in the hospital’s patent management,and provide relevant suggestions for the development of the hospital’s patent.Method:The hospital patent data from 2008 to 2017 were sorted out and a database was established to analyze the patent application and authorization status from 2008 to 2017,the distribution of authorized patent types and patent efficiency,the basic information of the first inventor of authorized patent,and the IPC classification distribution of patents.Result:From 2008 to 2017,the hospital applied for 93 patents and granted 75 patents.Among the authorized patents,34.7%were for invention,64.0%for utility model and 1.3%for appearance design.The total efficiency was 28.0%,and the number of invalid patents was 54.The proportion of senior titles of authorized invention patents was 84.6%.The number of authorized patents in surgical departments,nursing departments and platform departments was not far behind,and the number of authorized patents in non-surgical departments was less.Conclusion:The overall trend of hospital patent work is not optimistic,and the quantity and quality of patents need to be further improved.It is suggested that publicity should be strengthened to enhance the awareness of patent applications;regulations should be established to encourage patent applications at thehospital policy level;and training should be strengthened to improve the quality of patent applications.
