摘 要:为了实现办公室废纸的重复利用,探究纤维素酶、复合酶(纤维素酶和脂肪酶3∶1混合)在硫酸、乙酸-乙酸钠及柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠3种缓冲溶液中的最佳工艺条件.由正交实验可知,复合酶最佳脱墨条件:pH5,脱墨温度45℃,酶液制备5 h,酶液处理浆液24 min.这样不仅减少了废纸的浪费,还可减轻对环境的污染.The deinking efficiency of single cellulase and compound enzymes(with cellulase and lipase combined at a ratio of 3∶1)on the office waste paper in the following three buffer solutions:sulfuric acid,acetate-sodium acetate and citrate-sodium citrate was investigated in order to realize the reuse of office waste paper.According to the orthogonal experiment,the optimal conditions were determined as follows:pH was 5~5.5;deinking temperature was 45℃;the preparation time of enzyme solution was 5 h;and the treatment time of serum with enzyme solution was 24 min.The result indicates that in this way,not only the waste of waste paper but also the pollution to the environment may be reduced.
