多元化合理用药宣教网络体系的搭建与药学信息服务的实践

摘　　要：目的:搭建多元化合理用药宣教网络体系,以期实现对患者的精细化管理和宣教服务的可持续发展。方法:利用信息技术不断进步、药师技能不断提升的优势,将多种合理用药宣教形式进行有机结合,构建出适应当前形势的合理用药宣教网络体系。结果:多元化合理用药宣教网络体系内各工作平台能做到彼此促进、互相补足,且能有效提升对患者的宣教效果并提高患者对药学科普知识的认识及用药依从性。结论:多元化合理用药宣教网络体系的搭建可以有效避免单一工作平台的诸多不足,实现对患者宣教服务的精细化管理及药师开展药学宣教服务的可持续发展。Objective:To establish a propaganda system of rational drug use,so as to realize the refined management of patients and sustainable development of the platform.Methods:By taking the advantages of information technology and pharmacists’professional skills,we integrated different forms of pharmaceutical care for the establishment of a diversified propaganda system of rational drug use that could meet with the new trend.Results:The various work platforms in the propaganda system could promote and supplement each other,effectively improve propaganda efficiency and enhance patients’understanding of pharmaceutical knowledge and medication compliance.Conclusion:The establishment of a diversified propaganda system of rational drug use could effectively avoid the disadvantages of single working platform,realize the refined management of patients and enhance sustainable development of pharmaceutical information service by pharmacists.
