摘 要:因难溶性中药在胃肠道上皮细胞的渗透性差,其口服生物利用度往往较低。脂质纳米载体(lipid nanocarriers,LN)将纳米递送载体与脂质载体的优势相结合,降低载体粒径,增加粒子黏附性,增大药物溶解度,改善渗透吸收,促进肠淋巴转运,在很大程度上改善了口服难溶性中药成分胃肠道吸收差的问题,提高了生物利用度。本文结合胃肠道的吸收特点,综述了国内外LN在难溶性中药成分口服吸收方面的应用,总结了LN改善药物生物利用度的优势。Due to poor permeability of epithelial cells in gastrointestinal tract,oral bioavailability of poorly soluble traditional Chinese medicines is often low.In combination with the advantages of nano delivery carriers and lipid carriers,lipid nanocarriers(LN)could reduce particle size,enhance particle adhesion,increase drug solubility,improve penetration and absorption,promote intestinal lymph transport,and to a large extent,solve the problem of poor gastrointestinal absorption of poorly soluble traditional Chinese medicine ingredients orally and improve bioavailability.Based on the absorption characteristics of gastrointestinal tract,the application of LN in oral absorption of poorly soluble traditional Chinese medicine ingredients was reviewed comprehensively by literature both at home and abroad,and the LN advantages of improving drug bioavailability were also summarized.
