摘 要:转速调节是调整泵工况的重要手段,为了揭示变转速对高速离心泵的水力性能影响,本文以一台采用无油动压液体轴承支撑的高速离心泵为研究对象,采用试验方法与数值模拟,进行了不同转速下相似工况下的水力性能研究。论文通过所搭建闭式实验台上的水力测试得到了不同转速下的水力性能曲线,验证了该泵在变转速下良好的水力性能,最高效率可达35.52%。并结合ANSYS CFX软件对该泵水力部件进行了数值模拟研究,与试验结果的对比表明数值模拟能够有效对该泵的水力部件性能进行预测。论文还对该泵水力部件以设计工况为基准的不同转速下的比例相似工况进行了研究。Speed regulation was an important method to adjust pump performance.In order to reveal the influence of variable speed on the performance of the high-speed centrifugal pump with oil-free hydrodynamic bearing,this paper studied the hydraulic performance under similar working conditions at different rotating speeds by experiments and numerical simulations.The hydraulic performance curves at different rotating speeds were obtained on the closed-cycle pump test rig.The test results showed the good performance of the pump under variable rotating speeds,and the best efficiency was 35.52%.Combining with ANSYS CFX,the numerical simulation of the pump's hydraulic components was studied.The comparison with the experimental results showed that the numerical simulation can effectively predict the performance of the hydraulic components of this pump.This paper also studied the similar working conditions of the pump hydraulic components under different rotational speeds based on the design working conditions.
