新时期高等农业院校实践育人模式探析——以吉林农业大学为例

摘　　要：实践育人是高等农业院校人才培养的重要内容,加强实践育人工作,培养学生实践能力是高等农业院校高素质农业人才的内在要求。在深入探讨当前高等农业院校实践育人工作存在问题的基础上,吉林农业大学提出坚持"三个定位""四个原则""五个结合"的实践育人模式构建思路,并结合多年来实践育人工作的经验做法,归纳总结出"5+5"实践育人模式,即搭建"五个"实践育人平台和构建"五化"社会实践模式。Practice education is an important part of talent cultivation in higher agricultural colleges and universities. To strengthen the practice education and the improvement in practical ability of students is the basic requirement for high-quality agricultural talents in higher agricultural colleges and universities. Based on the critical discussion with the existing problems for practice education in higher agricultural colleges and universities, Jilin Agricultural University puts forward to establish the practice education mode that adheres to the"three position""four principles"and"five combinations", combing with the experience of Jilin Agricultural University’s practice education for many years, and sums up with the"5+5"practice education modes, which means building"five"practice education platforms and"five" social practice modes.
