摘 要:为加快"双梯度钻井系统关键技术研究及应用"国家重点研发计划项目的实施,研究设计了满足深海天然气水合物开采特殊工况的φ79 mm固液混输轴流泵,基于传统的升力与流线法两种主流的泵叶设计方法进行了多参数叶轮设计。选用Particle多相流模型进行水合物固液两相流数值模拟,对比分析了两种造型方法下的叶轮特性。通过研究不同半径处叶片表面静压以及叶片表面固相体积分布,预估了两种轴流泵在变流量下的性能。选择基于流线法设计的轴流泵为优选方案,进一步研究其在变颗粒直径和变体积分数工况下的固液两相流的流动特征。研究结果表明:基于流线法设计的轴流泵叶片扬程与效率更适合实际开采工况需求;随着颗粒直径和体积分数的逐渐增大,基于流线法设计的轴流泵叶片表面固相体积分数明显提升,导致扬程下降。研究结果对于固液混输轴流泵进一步的优化设计及现场应用具有一定的参考作用。To speed up the implementation of the national key R&D project"technology research and application of dual gradient drilling system",the φ79 mm axial flow pump used for the special conditions of deepwater gas hydrate mining is designed. Based on the two mainstream pump blade design methods of lift and streamline methods,multi-parameter impeller design is carried out. The particle multiphase flow model was selected for numerical simulation of hydrate solid-liquid two-phase flow. The characteristics of the impeller under the two modeling methods were compared and analyzed. By studying the static pressure of the blade surface and the solid-phase volume distribution on the blade surface at different radius,the performance of the two axial flow pumps under variable flow rates was estimated. The axial flow pump designed based on streamline method was selected. The flow characteristics of solid-liquid two-phase flow under the variable particle diameter and variable volume fraction conditions were further studied. The results show that the axial flow pump blade lift and efficiency designed based on the streamline method are more suitable for actual mining conditions. As the particle diameter and volume fraction gradually increase,the solid phase volume fraction of the axial flow pump blade designed based on the streamline method increases significantly,resulting in a decrease in head. The study results could provide references for the further optimization design and field application of solid-liquid mixed-flow axial flow pump.
