摘　　要：在海洋工程结构的超声波检测中,常需要携带大量超声波检测标准试块和参考试块进行仪器性能的校准,调试和复核,而试块重量较为沉重,出海或出差实施现场检验时,难以带全所有标准试块和参考试块。为了解决该问题,结合工程实际,设计并制作了符合API要求的新型试块,该试块同时具有设备性能校准,调试和复核的功能。In the offshore engineering ultrasonic testing,due to the complex structure,it is often necessary to carry a large number of ultrasonic testing standard and reference blocks for the instrument calibration and verification.However,the weight of the blocks is relatively heavy,so it is difficult to carry all calibration and reference blocks while on a business trip or offshore inspection.In order to solve this problem,combined with the engineering practice,a new type API block having both calibration and verification functions was designed and manufactured.
