摘 要:以KF、SbCl3和SnCl2为原料在Ti基底上制备KF掺杂Ti/SnO2-Sb复合电极,并以CODCr去除率为指标,考察了该复合电极电催化氧化降解处理酚醛树脂废水的性能。结果表明,对于CODCr质量浓度为2060 mg/L的预处理后酚醛树脂废水,在槽电压为10 V,pH值为7,支持电解质Na2SO4的投加量为150 mg/L的电催化氧化降解处理工艺条件下,电解2 h后,CODCr去除率达93%。采用KF掺杂Ti/SnO2-Sb复合电极对酚醛树脂废水进行电催化降解处理,其CODCr浓度可明显降低。Composite electrode Ti/SnO2-Sb doped with KF was prepared with KF,SbCl3 and SnCl2 as raw materials,taking CODCr removal rate as the assessment index,the electrical catalytic degradation performance of it for phenolic resin-containing wastewater was investigated.The results showed that,using the said composite electrode to treat the pretreated wastewater from phenolic resin production with CODCr mass concentration of 2060 mg/L,under the electrical catalytic oxidation degradation condition that the cell voltage was 10 V,the pH value was 7.0,the dosage of supporting electrolyte Na2SO4 was 150 mg/L,the removal rate of CODCr reached 93%after 2 hours of electrolysis.It could draw a conclusion that electrical catalytic degradation of wastewater from phenolic resin production by composite electrode Ti/SnO2-Sb doped with KF could effectively reduce CODCr concentration.
