摘　　要：目的:评价生物反馈治疗仪在产后盆底康复治疗中的疗效,分析影响治疗效果的因素。方法:收集2017年1月至2018年12月的分娩产妇200例,其中有单纯子宫脱垂表现56例(均为Ⅰ度),单纯阴道壁膨出表现50例(Ⅰ度32例,Ⅱ度18例),单纯压力性尿失禁表现48例,其他44例。所有患者中,合并盆底功能障碍型便秘(罗马Ⅲ标准)表现68例,合并肛周疼痛表现38例。所有产妇均在产后42 d^3个月间采用生物反馈治疗仪进行盆底康复治疗及训练。分析治疗前后产妇临床症状、盆底肌力变化及盆底康复效果。结果:治疗后,产妇的典型症状均有改善,盆底肌张力较治疗前明显提高。多因素logistic回归分析显示,妊娠次数越少、阴道分娩越少、新生儿体重越小,治疗效果越好。结论:生物反馈治疗仪在产后盆底康复治疗中的作用明显值得推广使用。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of biofeedback therapy instrument in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation and analyze the factors affecting the therapeutic effect.Methods:Two hundred parturients from January 2017 to December 2018 were collected,and among them,there were 56 cases of simple uterine prolapse(all grade I),50 cases of simple vaginal wall bulge(32 cases of 1 degree,18 cases ofⅡdegree),48 cases of simple pressure urinary incontinence,and 44 others.Of all the patients,68 cases had pelvic floor dysfunction type constipation(Rome III standard),and 38 cases had perianal pain.All the parturients were treated and trained with biofeedback therapy instrument between 42 days and 3 months after delivery.The maternal clinical symptoms,changes in pelvic floor muscle strength,and pelvic floor rehabilitation effects were analyzed before and after treatment.Results:After the treatment,the typical symptoms of the maternal were all improved,and the pelvic floor muscle tension was significantly higher than before treatment.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the fewer pregnancies,the fewer vaginal births,and the smaller the weight of the newborn,and the better the treatment effect.Conclusion:The biofeedback therapy instrument plays an important role in the rehabilitation of the pelvic floor,which is worth popularizing.
