摘　　要：目的分析孙增涛教授治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的用药特点及遣方规律,传承中医经验,指导临床实践。方法收集孙增涛教授治疗COPD的有效医案,建立电子信息数据库,将其录入中医传承辅助平台(v2.5),并对数据进行标准化分析。结果本研究筛选出中药处方160首,其中用药频率大于60%的有15味,包括黄芩、桔梗、杏仁、桑白皮等。处方以温、寒、平性及辛味为主,主归肺、脾、胃、大肠经。通过复杂系统熵聚类分析得到新处方11个,经筛选提取核心药物组合20个。结论孙增涛教授治疗COPD用药精简灵活,临床疗效确切,常用清热化痰、宣降肺气、温补脾肾等治疗方法。Objective:To analyze the characteristics of COPD treatment by Professor Sun Zengtao,inherit the experience of traditional Chinese medicine,and guide clinical practice.Methods:The effective medical record of Professor Sun Zengtao′s treatment of COPD was collected;an electronic information database was established,and it was recorded into the Chinese Medicine Heritage Supporting Platform(v2.5),and the data was standardized.Results:This study screened 160 Chinese medicine prescriptions,including 15 kinds with a frequency of more than 60%,including astragalus,platycodon,almond and mulberry.The prescription was mainly warm,cold,flat and pungent,and belonged to the lung,spleen,stomach and large intestine.11 new prescriptions were obtained by complex system entropy cluster analysis,and 20 core drug combinations were selected by screening.Conclusion:Professor Sun Zengtao′s treatment of COPD is simple and flexible,and the clinical curative effect is exact.The treatment methods,such as clearing away heat and removing phlegm,shunning lung and warming spleen and kidney,are commonly used.
