摘　　要：脓毒症是涉及机体多个系统甚至多个脏器的复杂病症,“三证三法”是中医研究脓毒症总结出的经典证型,而肺在病程发展中是机体常见的受累器官,且肠道菌群多样,故肺与大肠相表里是脓毒症中医辨证施治过程中不可忽视的关系。凉膈散是温病经典组方,以清上泻下解毒为功效,组方原则体现了肺肠关系,根据脓毒症各个证型阶段灵活用药,有助于拓展脓毒症中医治疗思路。Sepsis is a complex disease involving multiple systems and even multiple organs in the body.The“three syndromes and three methods”is a classic syndrome summarized in the study of sepsis in traditional Chinese medicine.Lungs are common organs involved in the development of sepsis,and the intestinal flora is diverse,so the relationship between the lungs and the large intestine is a relationship that cannot be ignored in the treatment of sepsis.Liangge Powder is a classic formula for treating Wenre disease.It takes“Qingshang Xiexia”detoxification as its efficacy.The principle of the formula reflects the relationship between the lungs and the intestines.The flexible use of drugs according to the different types of sepsis can help expand the Chinese medicine treatment of sepsis.
