帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗儿童甲型流感疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的观察帕拉米韦注射液治疗儿童甲型流感的疗效和安全性。方法选取2018年11月-2019年1月河北省邯郸市第一医院收治的甲型流感患儿80例,采用非随机同期对照分组方法分为帕拉米韦组和奥司他韦组各40例。帕拉米韦组给予帕拉米韦治疗,奥司他韦组给予奥司他韦治疗。比较2组患儿症状缓解时间、发热缓解时间、住院时间及不良反应发生情况。结果帕拉米韦组患者临床症状缓解时间、发热缓解时间及住院时间均短于奥司他韦组(P<0.05)。2组患儿不良反应均较轻微,发生在用药2 d内,未处理自行缓解。帕拉米韦组不良反应发生率为5.0%(2/40)低于奥司他韦组的7.5%(3/40),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗儿童甲型流感可有效、快速缓解患儿症状,缩短发热持续时间,不良反应较少。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of paramivir sodium chloride injection in the treatment of influenza A in children.Methods 80 children with influenza A admitted to the First Hospital of Handan City,Hebei Province from November 2018 to January 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into paramivir group and oseltamivir group with 40 cases in each group by non-random simultaneous control grouping method.Paramivir group was treated with paramivir,while oseltamivir group was treated with oseltamivir.The symptom relief time,fever relief time,hospitalization time and adverse reactions were compared.Results The clinical symptom relief time,fever relief time and hospitalization time in paramivir group were shorter than those in oseltamivir group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions of the two groups of children were mild and occurred within 2 days of medication,and they were relieved without treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions in paramivir group was 5.0%(2/40).The incidence of adverse reactions in oseltamivir group was 7.5%(3/40),there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Paramivir sodium chloride injection can effectively and rapidly relieve the symptoms of children with influenza A,shorten the duration of fever and have fewer adverse reactions.
