摘  要:综采工作面电气列车沿巷道人工铺设的轨道定期向前移动,需准备较长的电缆与供液管道配合作业,自移式电气列车主要利用迈步式原理,通过液压支撑油缸与轨道交替支撑电气列车,推移油缸以电气列车为支点拉动轨道前移的原理,实现电气列车的自行前移。研究表明,该种移动方式需每班移动电气列车,但操作人员减少,提高了劳动效率,降低了成本,并为自动化工作面提供了依据。The electric train in the fully mechanized working face moves forward regularly along the manually laid track in the roadway,and long cables and liquid supply pipes need to be prepared to cooperate with the operation.The self-propelled electric train mainly uses the stepping principle to support the electric train by alternating the hydraulic support cylinder and the track,and the moving cylinder pulls the track forward with the electric train as the fulcrum,so as to realize the self-propelled forward movement.The study shows that this kind of moving mode needs every shift of mobile electric train,but the number of operators is reduced greatly,which improves the labor efficiency,reduces the cost,and provides the basis for the automatic working face.
