摘  要:立井提升机是矿井的咽喉系统,梅花井煤矿立井提升机电控调速系统主回路动力单元采用西门子6RA70。目前,西门子公司已停止生产6RA70设备,设备停产导致备品备件无法采购;现有电控系统元器件老化、故障频繁,谐波大、功率因数低,提升机运行不平稳、启动过程波动较大,设备运行可靠性不高。本文对交直流传动系统中变流环节广泛使用的三相全控桥主回路进行探讨,根据现有提升机运行工况对改造需选用的直流调速装置参数进行了分析及论证。The vertical shaft hoist is the throat system of the mine.Siemens 6RA70 is used as the main loop power unit of the electric control speed control system of the vertical shaft hoist in Meihuajing Coal Mine.At present,Siemens has stopped production of 6RA70 equipment,and spare parts cannot be purchased due to equipment shutdown;components and parts of existing electric control system are aging,with frequent faults,high harmonics,low power factor,unstable operation of hoist,large fluctuation in startup process,and low reliability of equipment operation.In this paper,the main circuit of three-phase full-bridge control,which is widely used in the AC-DC drive system is discussed.According to the existing operating conditions of the hoist,the parameters of the DC speed control device needed for the transformation are clarified and demonstrated.
