摘  要:为解决梅花井煤矿架空乘人器使用人工控制,24h专人值守运行效率低下的问题。梅花井煤矿采用基于机器视觉技术、人体感应技术、可编程控制技术与集中控制技术的深度融合,智能按需分时运行,从而实现在确保安全和满足员工正常运输的前提下,全面推进传统能效水平的提高。实现了架空乘人器系统的智能调速、自动控制、可视化管理。实际运行表明,改造后的架空乘人器系统可以达到降低设备损耗、节能降耗的效果,具有很好的推广意义。In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of 24-hour manned operation in Meihuajing Coal Mine,our mine adopts the deep integration of machine vision technology,human body induction technology,programmable control technology and centralized control technology,intelligent operation on demand and time-sharing,so as to comprehensively promote the improvement of traditional energy efficiency level on the premise of ensuring safety and meeting the normal transportation of employees.The system realizes intelligent speed regulation,automatic control and visual management of overhead human-carrying device system.The actual operation shows that the improved system can achieve the effect of reducing equipment loss,energy saving and consumption reduction,which has a good significance for promotion.
