摘　　要：对600 t桅杆起重机进行安全性能评估,首先在对设备进行现场查勘的基础上,针对性的制定评估方案;其次根据评估方案的要求重点从设备金属结构进行设备的初步评估,在此基础上对设备提出修复措施;在修复完成后,对设备进行综合性的最终评估,并最终给出该设备的评估结论。本案例所采用的评估思路可对同类型大型起重机的安全性能评估提供借鉴。In order to evaluate the safety performance of a 600t derrick cranes,firstly,it is necessary to formulate a targeted evaluation scheme on the basis of the on-site survey of equipment;secondly,the metal structure of the equipment is evaluated according to the requirements of the evaluation scheme,and on this basis,the repair measures of the equipment are put forward;after the repair is completed,a comprehensive final evaluation of the equipment is be conducted and evaluation conclusions are drawn.The evaluation thought in this case can serve as a reference for the safety performance evaluation of large cranes of the same type.
