摘  要:目的探讨MR快速评价新生儿低血糖性脑病的优先扫描序列及其临床价值。方法对临床确诊的32例新生儿低血糖性脑病的颅脑MR成像进行回顾性分析。由两名专家共同对每个患儿的每个MRI序列随机进行评价,寻找诊断新生儿低血糖性脑病准确率最高的扫描序列。结果32例新生儿低血糖性脑病中,横轴位T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR、DWI和矢状位T1WI诊断的准确率分别为46.9%(15/32)、53.1%(17/32)、65.6%(21/32)、96.9%(31/32)和28.1%(9/32)。DWI序列对新生儿低血糖性脑病诊断准确率均高于其他四个序列(P<0.01)。结论DWI评价新生儿低血糖性脑病具有特异性表现,DWI序列应作为MR快速评价新生儿低血糖性脑病的优先扫描序列。Objective:To explore the priority scanning sequence of MR for rapid evaluation of neonatal hypoglycemic encephalopathy and its clinical value.Materials and methods:Brain MR imaging of 32 neonates diagnosed with hypoglycemic encephalopathy was retrospectively analyzed.Every MRI sequence of each child was randomly evaluated by two experts to find the scan sequence with the highest diagnostic accuracy of neonatal hypoglycemic encephalopathy.Results:In 32 cases of neonatal hypoglycemic encephalopathy,the diagnostic accuracy of axial T1WI,T2WI,FLAIR,DWI and sagittal T1WI was 46.9%(15/32),53.1%(17/32),65.6%(21/32),96.9%(31/32)and 28.1%(9/32),respectively.The accuracy of DWI sequence in diagnosing neonatal hypoglycemic encephalopathy was higher than that of the other four sequences(P<0.01).Conclusion:DWI evaluating neonatal hypoglycemic encephalopathy has specific performance,and DWI sequence should be the priority scanning sequence for MR rapid evaluation of neonatal hypoglycemic encephalopathy.
