小叶黑柴胡与窄竹叶柴胡染色体核型比较分析

摘　　要：比较研究药用植物小叶黑柴胡和窄竹叶柴胡染色体核型。采用常规制片方法结合显微摄影对小叶黑柴胡和窄竹叶柴胡的染色体进行检测分析。结果表明,小叶黑柴胡与窄竹叶柴胡的染色体数目相同,均为2 n=12,核型均为1B型。小叶黑柴胡核型公式是K (2n)=2X=12=5 m+1 sm,核型不对称系数(AS.K%)为56.79%;窄竹叶柴胡核型公式是K(2n)=2 X=12=6 m,核型不对称系数(AS.K%)为54.66%。说明小叶黑柴胡与窄竹叶柴胡染色体核型分析为2种药用柴胡的细胞学研究提供了数据。To study chromosome karyotype of Bupleurum smithii var. Parvifolium and Bupleurum marginatum var. stenophyllum.Sections combined with micrograph were used to analyze chromosome karyotype. The normal diploid of Bupleurum smithii var.parvifolium and Bupleurum marginatum var. stenophyllum were 2 n=12,the two belonged to 1 B type according to stebbingskaryo type classification. Bupleurum smithii var. parvifolium karyotype formula was K(2 n)=2 X=12=5 m+1 sm,the AS.K% was 56.79%;Bupleurum marginatum var. stenophyllum was K(2 n)=2 X=12=6 m,the AS.K% was 54.66%. The analysis of chromosomal karyotype of Bupleurum smithii var. parvifolium and Bupleurum marginatum var. stenophyllum was provided with data for the cytological study of 2 medicinal plants.
