粤西地区部分猪场CSFV、PRRSV、PRV 3种主要病原的血清抗体检测与分析

摘　　要：为了解粤西地区猪瘟(CSF)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)以及猪伪狂犬病(PR)的免疫状况,采用ELISA法对25个猪场的424份血清样品进行抗体检测。结果显示,424份血清样品中,2018年3种病原血清抗体阳性总检出率平均值为73.11%,比2017年提高2.45%,血清抗体阳性检出率最高的是PRV-gB (92.69%),CSF和PRRS的血清抗体阳性检出率分别为81.13%、73.58%,伪狂犬野毒抗体PRV-gE最低(38.92%)。2018年粤西地区猪场CSF、PRRS、PRV-gB免疫抗体水平及保护率比2017年均提高,但伪狂犬野毒感染率也在升高,说明CSF、PRRS、PR免疫效果好,同时应加强对伪狂犬野毒的抗体检测与监测。该结果可为了解猪场的实时免疫情况及疾病的防控提供参考依据。To understand the immune status of the classical swine fever(CSF),Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome(PRRS) and Porcine Pseudorabies(PR),applying ELISA for detection of antibodies in total 424 serum samples from 25 scale pig farms in the western regions of Guangdong province. The results showed that the total detection rate of serum antibody positive of the three pathogens was 73.11% in 2018 on average,2.45% higher than that in 2017. The detection positive rate of Pseudorabies neutralizing antibody(PRV-gB) was the highest(92.69%),CSF(81.13%) and PRRS(73.58%),Pseudorabies antibody(PRV-g E)was the lowest(38.92%). In 2018,the levels and protection rates of CSF,PRRS and PRV-gB immune antibodies in the western regions of Guangdong province were higher than that in 2017,but the infection rates of PRV-g E infection also increased. It indicated that CSF,PRRS and PR had good immune effect,and antibody detection and monitoring of PRV-g E should be strengthened. This result can provide a reference for understanding the real-time immunization of pig farms and the prevention and control of diseases.
