摘 要:探明改性凹凸棒基复合肥对当归光合生理的影响。设T1(30%改性凹凸棒基复合肥)、T2(磷酸二铵)和CK(不施肥)田间试验,研究凹凸棒基复合肥对当归农艺学性状、叶绿素含量、光合特性及叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明,不同施肥处理能够促进当归株高生长和株展伸长且出苗数增多;不同施肥处理均可显著提高当归叶绿素含量,以T1最高,分别比CK和T2高19%和4%;T1和T2均可以提高当归叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)和水分利用率(WUE),且以T1处理效果最显著;在各处理中T1的PSⅡ反应中心电荷分离实际量子效率(ΦPSⅡ)、电子传递速率(ETR)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)、PSⅡ的潜在活性(Fv/Fo)均为最高水平。叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、电子传递速率和光化学淬灭系数等数据显示,30%凹凸棒改性复合肥对当归光合特性和荧光参数的影响效果最佳。本试验为指导当归合理施肥种植,提高产量品质提供了重要的理论依据。To find out the effect of modified attapulgite-based compound fertilizer on the photosynthetic physiology of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.) Diels,the field experiment of T1(30% modified attapulgite compound fertilizer),T2(diammonium phosphate)and CK(no fertilization)were set up to study the attapulgite effects of base fertilizer on agronomic traits,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.) Diels. The results showed that the different fertilization treatments could promote the growth and plant elongation of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels and increase the number of emergence;different fertilization treatments could significantly increase the chlorophyll content of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.) Diel,with the highest T1,higher than CK and T2 respectively 19% and 4%;both T1 and T2 can increase the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)and water use efficiency(WUE)of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diel leaves,and the treatment effect was most significant with T1;the actual quantum efficiency (ΦPSⅡ),electron transport rate(ETR),photochemical quenching coefficient(qP),and potential activity of PSⅡ of the charge separation of the PSII reaction center of T1 in each treatment(Fv/Fo) was the highest level. The data of chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,electron transport rate and photochemical quenching coefficient showed that 30% attapulgite modified compound fertilizer had the best effect on the photosynthetic characteristics and fluorescence parameters of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.) Diels. This experiment provides an important theoretical basis for guiding the rational fertilization of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels and improving yield and quality.
