摘　　要：建立瑞香狼毒中西瑞香素的含量测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Inertsustain C18(4.6 mm×260 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈与1%冰乙酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长为360 nm;柱温为30℃;进样量为20μL。结果显示,西瑞香素在0.005~0.040 mg/mL范围内呈现为良好的线性关系(R2=0.999 6,n=5)。平均回收率95%,RSD为2.35%(n=6)。说明本方法测定瑞香狼毒中西瑞香素的含量,结果稳定可靠。To establish the method for determining the content of sirolimus in Stellerachamaejasme. High performance liquid chromatography was used. Column was Inertsustain C18(4.6 mm× 260 mm,5 μm);mobile phase were acetonitrile and 1%aqueous glacial acetic acid,gradient elution;detection wavelength was 360 nm;column temperature was 30 ℃;injection volume was 20 μL. Sicilin showed a good linear relationship(R2=0.999 6,n=5)in the range of 0.005~0.04 mg/m L. The average recovery was 95%,RSD=2.35%(n=6). The result showed that this method was the first to determine the content of sirolimus in Stellerachamaejasme. The results were stable and reliable.
