摘  要:探索珠蓼散的最佳提取工艺。分别采用加热法、渗漉法和煮沸法制备珠蓼散提取液,以芦丁为标准品,采用紫外分光光度计测定提取液中的总黄酮含量,并用真空干燥法处理提取液获得干浸膏,计算浸膏得率;依据所得的总黄酮含量和浸膏得评价断珠蓼散不同提取工艺的效果。结果显示,煮沸法所得提取液测的总黄酮含量为4.12 mg/mL,浸膏得率为15.12%,均优于加热法和渗漉法。提示煮沸法为珠蓼散的最佳提取工艺。To explore the best extraction process of Zhuliao powder,three different extraction methods of boiling method,heating method and seepage method were conducted,while ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids with rutin used as standard substance. The extract of Zhuliao powder was gained by vacuum drying method,and the extraction rate was calculated. The extraction amount of effective components was calculated according to the content of total flavonoids and the extraction rate,so as to judge the effect of the extraction processes. The results showed that the total flavonoids content gained by using boiling method was 4.12 mg·m L-1,and the extraction rate was 15.12%,which was superior to either heating method or seepage method. It was prompted that the best extraction process of Zhuliao powder was boiling method.
