摘 要:同步带的振动直接影响汽车发动机的传动平稳性,从而影响同步带的使用寿命。本文首先通过分析同步带传动过程中带的横向振动,建立了同步带横向振动的数学模型。然后基于激光位移三角测量原理设计了同步带振动动态测量装置。最后针对RU型圆弧齿同步带进行试验,测量主动轮转速为600,1200和1800 r/min以及张紧力为320,480和640 N时同步带跨度中点的振幅随时间变化情况,得到了同步带传动过程中振幅和振动频率随转速和张紧力变化的规律。结果表明:同步带的横向振动幅值随转速增加而减小,振动频率随转速增加而增加;同步带横向振动幅值随张紧力增加而减小,振动频率基本稳定不变。The vibration of synchronous belt directly affects the transmission stability of engine timing drive system and the service life of synchronous belt.In this paper,firstly,the transverse vibration model of the synchronous belt was established by analyzing the transverse vibration of the belt in the transmission process.Then based on the triangulation principle of laser displacement,the dynamic vibration measuring device with synchronous belt was designed.Finally,the RU type synchronous belt was tested,and the amplitude changes with time at the middle point of the synchronous belt span were measured when the speed of the driving pulley was 600,1200 and 1800 r/min and the tension force was 320,480 and 640 N,and the law of amplitude and vibration frequency changes with the speed and tension force in the transmission process of the synchronous belt was obtained.The results showed that the amplitude of transverse vibration decreased with the increase of rotating speed and the vibration frequency increased with the increase of rotating speed.The amplitude of transverse vibration decreased with the increase of tension force,and the vibration frequency was basically stable.
