摘  要:目的探索有效防范高风险诊疗措施患者医疗纠纷的方法。方法2007-07—2018-12,中南大学湘雅三医院对所有高风险诊疗措施患者进行特约视频谈话,记录患者基本情况、医疗措施等信息,充分落实医疗活动中的提醒告知义务,预防医疗纠纷的发生。结果2007-07—2018-12我院共开展高风险诊疗患者特约视频谈话10005例,其中仅14例(0.14%)发生医疗投诉。结论高风险诊疗患者特约视频谈话能有效减少医疗投诉,构建和谐医患关系,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore effective methods to prevent medical disputes among patients with high-risk diagnosis and treatment.Methods From July,2007 to December,2018,special video talks were held with all high-risk diagnosis and treatment patients in the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University.Their basic information,medical measures and other comprehensive information were recorded,fully implemented the duty of reminding and informing in medical activities,and prevents the occurrence of medical disputes.Results From July,2007 to December,2018,our hospital conducted 10005 special talks on patients with high-risk diagnostic for therapeutic measures,of which only 14(0.14%)had medical complaints.Conclusion Special video talks with high-risk diagnostic for therapeutic patients can effectively reduce medical complaints and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
