摘  要:为了提高无刷直流电机(BLDCM)的控制性能,在传统PID控制方法的基础上提出了一种基于新型积分分离PID控制算法,并将其应用于BLDCM转速和电流闭环控制中。该控制方法不但具有较强的抗负载扰动能力,而且可有效解决传统PID控制引起的控制量超过被控对象从而造成系统振荡的问题。新型积分分离PID控制算法结合了积分分离PID控制算法和带死区的PID控制算法的优点,既可以延长控制系统的使用寿命,又可以对系统偏差进行限制。通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真和试验验证了所提方法的有效性与实用性。In order to improve the control performance of brushless DC motor(BLDCM),a new integral separation PID control algorithm based on traditional PID control method is proposed.The new integral separation PID control algorithm is applied to BLDCM speed and current closed-loop control.The control method not only has strong anti-load-disturbance ability,but also can effectively solve the problem existing in traditional PID control that system oscillation may occur when the control quantity of the system exceeds that of the controlled object.The new integral separation PID control algorithm combines the advantages of the integral separation PID control algorithm and the PID control algorithm with dead zone.It can not only prolong the service life of the control system,but also limit the system deviation.The effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method are verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation and experiment.
