丹七片联合氨氯地平治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析丹七片联合氨氯地平治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究。方法选择2017年8月-2019年3月在甘孜藏族自治州人民医院治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者139例,随机分为对照组(70例)和治疗组(69例)。对照组口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片,1片/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服丹七片,4片/次,3次/d,两组患者均治疗30d。观察两组患者临床疗效和心电图疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者心绞痛发作情况及血清一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平。结果治疗后,对照组临床有效率和心电图有效率分别为81.42%和75.71%,均明显低于治疗组的94.20%和88.41%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分、每周发作次数、发作持续时间均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗后明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者ET水平明显降低(P<0.05),而NO和VEGF水平均明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组ET、NO和VEGF改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹七片联合氨氯地平治疗冠心病心绞痛,可明显缓解患者临床症状,减轻心绞痛程度,改善血管内皮功能。Objective To analyze the clinical study of Danqi Tablets combined with Amlodipine in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients(139 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture People’s Hospital from August 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control(70 cases) and treatment(69 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Amlodipine Besylate Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Danqi Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 30 d. After treatment, the clinical and electrocardiographic efficacy was evaluated, and the attack of angina pectoris, the serum level of NO, ET, and VEGF in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical and electrocardiographic efficacy in the control group were 81.42% and 75.71%, which were significantly lower than 94.20% and 88.41% in the treatment group, respectively, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores, frequency of angin attack per week, duration of angin attack in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum level of ET in two groups was significantly decreased(P < 0.05), but the NO and VEGF level was significantly increased(P < 0.05), and the level of ET, NO and VEGF in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Danqi Tablets combined with Amlodipine in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms, reduce the degree of angina pectoris and improve the endothelial function of blood vessels.
