护骨胶囊联合骨化三醇治疗老年骨质疏松症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护骨胶囊联合骨化三醇软胶囊治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选择2016年4月-2018年12月驻马店市中心医院收治的157例老年性骨质疏松症患者,随机分为对照组(78例)和治疗组(79例)。对照组患者口服骨化三醇软胶囊,0.25μg/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服护骨胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗6个月。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者骨密度、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)和胰岛素样生长因子I(IGF-I)水平。结果治疗后,对照组临床有效率为69.23%,显著低于治疗组的91.14%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组髋部骨密度、腰椎骨密度均增加(P<0.05),且治疗组髋部骨密度、腰椎骨密度明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分明显降低(P<0.05),而BAP和IGF-I水平明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),BAP和IGF-I水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护骨胶囊联合骨化三醇软胶囊治疗老年性骨质疏松症临床疗效较好,可明显增强骨密度,改善骨代谢指标,缓解疼痛,安全可靠。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Hugu Capsules combined with Calcitriol Soft Capsules in treatment of senile osteoporosis. Methods Patients(157 cases) with osteoporosis in Zhumadian Central Hospital from April 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control(78 cases) and treatment(79 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Calcitriol Soft Capsules, 0.25 μg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Hugu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the bone mineral density, VAS scores, BAP and IGF-I level in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 69.23%, which was significantly lower than 91.14% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the bone mineral density of hip and lumbar vertebrae in two groups was significantly increased(P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS score in two groups was significantly decreased(P < 0.05), but the level of BAP and IGF-I was significantly increased(P < 0.05), and the VAS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05), and the level of BAP and IGF-I was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Hugu Capsules combined with Calcitriol Soft Capsules in treatment of senile osteoporosis has good clinical effect, can obviously enhance bone density, improve bone metabolism index, relieve pain, and it is safe and reliable.
