摘  要:我国心血管病患病率及病死率处于持续上升阶段.冠状动脉血栓形成(coronary thrombosis,TC)则是不良心血管事件的重要影响因素之一,但其潜在的病理生理学机制未完全阐明.血小板(plateltes,PLT)活化是动脉粥样硬化血栓形成的关键,它依赖于内皮功能障碍、氧化脂蛋白和免疫炎症反应等多种失调因素促使血栓形成.近期,除了PLT传统的止血功能,其参与血栓形成、炎症反应、免疫应答相关研究不断被更新.本综述从PLT参与血栓形成的免疫炎症机制出发,为更好地评估冠状动脉内血栓形成风险和建立最佳治疗方案提出理论依据.The prevalence and mortality of cardiovascular disease in China is still in the rising stage.Coronary thrombosis(TC)is an important cause of adverse cardiovascular events,but its latent pathophysiological mechanisms remain unclear.Platelet(PLT)activation is the key to atherothrombosis,which relies on a variety of dysregulations such as endothelial dysfunction,oxidized lipoprotein and immune inflammatory response to promote thrombosis.Recently,in addition to the traditional hemostatic function of PLT,studies on its involvement in thrombosis,inflammation and immune response have been constantly updated.This paper,based on the immunological and inflammatory mechanism of PLT's involvement in thrombosis,reviews the research progress of coronary thrombosis to provide theoretical basis for better assessment of thrombosis risk and establishment of optimal treatment options.
